Recall ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Recall app.

What We Collect

• Account information (email address, display name) when you sign in with Apple or Google • Subscription and purchase records processed by RevenueCat • App usage data (number of photos reviewed, deleted, kept) stored locally on your device only

What We Do NOT Collect

• Your photos never leave your device • We do not upload, store, or access your photo library on our servers

How We Use Your Information

• To identify your account and sync your subscription status across devices • To process and restore in-app purchases

Third-Party Services

• Supabase (supabase.com) — stores account information on servers located in the United States • RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) — processes subscription payments and purchase history • Apple / Google — handles sign-in authentication

Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. Subscription records may be retained by RevenueCat as required for financial compliance.

Your Rights

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request deletion of your account and associated data • Request a copy of your data

Children's Privacy

Recall is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
